Quality Assurance

QA personnel establish the quality policy, goals, and system. Provide education and trainings for the quality management system (QMS) and conduct internal-audits to check the adherence to QMS. Conduct audits, education, and trainings to suppliers to make sure the products supplied meet our quality standards. Analyze the causes of nonconformities including customer complaints and findings from customer- or third party- audits, then establish corrective and preventative actions in order to ensure the reliability of the products and services.

Quality Control

Establish quality management plans based on quality management standards and check implementation including incoming inspection, process inspection, and final inspection.Determine handling of defects, analyze the causes, and establish and implement preventative actions. Establish improvement measures for nonconforming products and irrational processes. Lead quality improvement activities, such as statistical analysis and management to ensure optimal quality for customers.
