Job Application

Hiring needs are announced and Job applications are to be submitted online via: Job bulletin on BMT homepage (only opened for Korean version) or job portals.

01 STEP.

Document Screening

All required components of applicants are evaluated based on the application documents.

  • Any false information will stop any competition process and provide reasons for withdrawal of the tentative job offer.
  • Selected candidates will be informed the results of the document screening.

02 STEP.

Interview

A job interview will be conducted to determine if the applicant has the qualifications needed to do the job for which BMT is hiring.

  • If necessary, interviews can be multi-stage process including operational-level and executive-level interviews.

03 STEP.

Employment Agreement

Discussions on the compensation package, considering the applicant’s backgrounds and references.

04 STEP.

Medical Examination

Candidates are required to undergo a medical examination in order to decide if they are fit to carry out the job.

  • Job offers are conditional upon the candidate’s fitness for the work.
